2. 3 - 5 IMAGES (all images must be saved in the following format):
a. Resolution: 300 dpi
b. Size: width 600 pixels
c. Format: Jpg
d. Information: please note the title, medium, and dimensions of each piece

3. ARTIST STATEMENT: a 125 – 300 word statement about the artist and/or the work submitted.
